Large government agency is looking to add a Security Engineer to their team.
Candidate will be responsible for:
Install Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) on company web applications server
running under Red Hat Linux, Apache, and PHP. The contractor will
devise and implement architecture for maintaining PHP sessions while
web users retrieve secure and non-secure documents and data. Solution
must work with PHP applications with Oracle and MySQL databases.
Devise strategy for migrating company internal web server from Windows
NT and Website Pro to Linux and Apache. Investigate feasibility of
co-locating company internal and external web servers onto the same
physical platform with both running under Linux/Apache.
Perform security audit of company web application server, primary web
servers, proxy server, and list server for potential security breaches
and provide recommendations for enhancing their security; and
implementing those recommendations upon approval of OIS.
Candidate must have a CISSP.
