I know for a fact that the library in Davis would have supported it.
I used to moderate a group of Chi Gung practitioners at the library.
I have been to the Woodland library and they do in fact have a room.
I cannot imagine the rules for Davis use would be much different from
Woodland.
I will contact the library and find out more.
