[vox] "Kickoff" menu for KDE

SUSE has been working on a redesign of the KDE start menu, called "Kickoff."
It seems it's been integrated into KDE's SVN repository, so I have a feeling
it'll be generally available in KDE 4.

There's a nifty Flash video of it in action (with MPG and OGG versions, too)
