[vox] mysql missing library?

There is a commented out example under dynamic extensions that says:
extension=mysql.so  Is it simply a matter of removing the comment, or does
it get placed elswhere? The path to my php.ini was different that what you
mentioned, it was directly under /etc. I installed everything from RPMs
and I'm a bit confused as to where each application is supposed to reside.
