Experience/expertise in:

=B7       HP-UX version 10.20 or higher with an emphasis on security.
=B7       AIX version 4.3.2.0 or higher with an emphasis on security.
=B7
Experience/knowledge of:

=B7       Secured Shell (SSH)
=B7       Shell Scripting (Perl,POSIX, Korn, Bourne)
=B7       Sudo
=B7       Tripwire
=B7       Trusted Computing Base (TCB)
=B7       Hardening HP-UX or AIX servers
=B7       Convey Unix skills to individuals with limited Unix knowledge
=B7       Interface with business partners to:

a. Understand their security needs.
b. Design, develop or recommend secure UNIX solution.
c. Implement and support solution.

And other duties as assigned.

Understanding of:
=B7       Industry Security Standards
=B7       Unix security best practices
=B7       Problem and change management practices


This position also requires the following:
=B7       Strong commitment to customer service.
=B7       Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
=B7       Technical documentation writing skills.
=B7       Superior problem solving skills.
=B7       Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
=B7       Ability to work with individuals at all skill and knowledge
levels.

GSEC Certification is a plus but not required.
GIAC Certification is a plus but not required.
CCISP Certification is a plus but not required.
