With regard to 'no login', GDM and KDM both have "automagic login" options,
and KDE also has "log back in if X crashed" options.

I used the automagic login for the KDE kiosk I put together.  Setting this
up is NOT directly related to the /actual/ "KDE kiosk" configuration.
It's just a KDE (and Gnome) niceity, separate from the kiosk feature.
