Possible Future Improvements

Color palette switcher (for even more color choices)
Color picker tool
Selection tools
Cut/Copy/Paste tools
"Create stamp from selection" tool
Move 'Starter' images, and add background color options, to a "New Image" dialog (currently defaults to white, and starters only accessible via 'Open')
"Metal" magic tool (to paint in shiny gold, silver, copper, etc.)
Fixed-point math alternatives to floating point code (for improved performance on FPU-less systems, like Nokia 'Maemo' internet tablets)
Switch to SDL_pango for text rendering (will help, e.g., Arabic)
