[vox] Desktop Recommendations

I like the Intel NUC11PAHi5 that I bought 6 months ago. Mint and Ubuntu 
installed easily. Also I created a VirtualBox VM with Win 11 using the 
required registry hacks to bypass TPM and Secure Boot, and that works great.
