[vox] [Fwd / OT] No MRAP in Yolo County

I don't think that the vox list is an appropriate venue for this sort of
political opposition. Regardless of the threat to LUGOD's 501.c3 tax exempt
status by doing so, fundamentally the club is about technology, not arms,
local politics, etc.
