I started getting appreciative/happy upon seeing people pointing to Jitsi.  But that particular URL is an email from the listserv that just says theyre discontinuing XMPP signups?

My initial hope was that that was something like https://meet.jit.si/linuxusergroup - or whatever you want after the slash.  (I started slack.com/linuxusergroup some months ago, but never promoted it as I don't really like Slack.  (Didn't Slackware used to own slack.com?)  But if anyone wants theyre welcome to use it.)

At any rate, I'd like to try out the videoconferenceing on Jitsi, having heard the head dev (many years' work on it) interviewed on a podcast.  I may head there today, if anyone's game..  my present distro as installed is failing to get my microphone signal successfully though.  So maybe you could just look at me and what I type 70wpm.  But I think I'm going to try installing Devuan, so then again maybe you won't find me in there until that's achieved.

Project sounds awesome, btw..  thanks Bill!
