[vox] Possible free Intel Galileo Development board

Thank you for letting me know. Unfortunately I don't have the money right
now to buy my own board. I'm trying to get a job though to help out. I
don't know how good Microsoft is on this deal, I filled the forum out the
same day I let the message board know and nothing but "we will let you know
when your kit ships"
