[vox] linux in automotive scanners

Oh hey it is dead!  Figures.  It was live about 1 hour ago.

I just checked, it is running now.


The x431 master cost about 2000-3000.

At work I use a snap on scanner that cost about 6000.

They can get quite pricy.

Toyota sells their scanner for 8000 and only good for toyota but it does 
everything.
