I told my colleagues at work that LUGOD intends to liquidate it's 
library in an as of yet, undetermined fashion and my coworkers expressed 
interest in a number of books.

I told them that I was expecting donations of $10 or so for a 
complimentary gift package of a book, unless people think it should be 
higher, or perhaps lower.

Maybe we could just *thin* out the library for now?  I don't know ... 
but I do have people that express interest.
