I use Ubuntu 6.06 on a 733 Mhz with 512 Mb ram.
The reason I use 6.06 is because I don't want to do a full distro
upgrade over a modem. I have updated a similar computer to the current
ubuntu, and it also seems to work fine. I'd go ahead and install ubuntu
and see how it works. If 128 ram doesn't feel like enough for it, try
xubuntu.
