Speaking of staying ahead, there is an interesting article on page D2 of 
the business section of the Sacramento Bee.  Burst.com is accusing 
Microsoft of destroying email evidence in a suit that Burst.com has 
against Microsoft.  They also accuse Microsoft of destroying emails even 
after the judge told Microsoft to not destroy them.  Microsoft denies 
any wrong doing.  But the discussion of Microsoft's email destruction 
policy is interesting.
