Alt-Click anywhere in the window should let you grab it and move it around.
By default, that's a shortcut in KDE window manager, I believe.
(Also have seen it elsewhere, like Sawfish)

Right-click the task on the taskbar and select "Maximize" or "Move"
might help, too.
