Hi,

Open Admin 1.40 (A GPL'd Web based School Administration package written
in Perl, using MySQL and LaTeX) is out the door. It includes improvements
in discipline, report card, XML transfers, and end of year functions. It
also includes many small fixes and changes suggested by secretaries and
administrators.
