PS  Even if ERP doesn't interest you, you may want to scan down to page 11 and read their critique of the Bearing Point study that claimed that Windows has a lower Total Cost of Acquisition. Their points seemed very convincing and portrayed the Bearing Point study as unrepresentative of real world costs.
