[vox] Let's talk UPS

Today I *almost* invested in a UPS for my server.  Before I do buy one,
though, I want to be able to find one that talks nice to Linux.  Most
importantly, I'm interested in finding software that would perform a
nice clean shutdown in the event of a power outage (definitely a hazard
in Dixon, where the power goes off if you look at a transformer funny).

Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions?
