[vox] fun tech support call

Not too much of a surprise, as lots of call centers over the years have 
been outsourced to 3 places, India, Ireland and the Netherlands, the first 
2 for cost + level of local tech literacy reasons, the latter for location 
and large stable of multiple language support options.
