As Don Marti very astutely pointed out on linux-elitists, if the
discussion is open, and it's concerning technological directions for
future versions of Microsoft products, then it's public domain, for
patent purposes.

I strongly recommend no private contacts with Mr. Sauron.  Er.  Surkan,
if you care to respond to him.
