[vox] Hi Folks, Check this out!!!!!!!!!

Check this out:
My wife was getting some small charges (3-4 $$$) on a visa card that she
never uses.  Charges were being made thru a french website.

After some investigation we found out that there is a very small group in
Africa that were pulling random #'s to see if they work.  Long story as to
how we found info on this.

I wonder if there is some sort of connection?
