[vox] providing services from a broadband connection

FWIW I have 2 DSL lines here and both are pretty reliable.
Good enough to run the LUGOD web site and mailing lists, and
some other services.

So I'm inclined to think you could do better than Comcast,
if DSL is available to you.  Not to mention getting a more
reasonable AUP.  I use sonic.net and dslextreme, but if
you're in Davis try Omsoft.
