Actually its highly illegal and we all know the SEC can be a might pissy 
when they want to.  One wonders if it could all be tied to the recent /. 
story about the financial investor who seems to be working overtime to 
promote SCOX, while heading up a hedge fund largely stuffed with SCOX.
