[vox-tech] Wi-fi issue

I've heard numerous cases where wifi passwords are "backed up" to make
migrations easier. Support calls are expensive, so there's significant
pressure to make things seemless.

It might well have connected to a random open AP, connected to a
microsoft cloud/service, and downloaded the password/passphrase.

But definitely a securely setup router should be near impossible to
connect to without the right passphrase. The passphrase isn't the
default is it?

Based on your experience I'd change your passphrase and/or reinstall
your router. If things get on your network without the passphrase
something is very wrong indeed.

Was guest access enabled? Did you or your wife enter comcast
credentials? How about whatever the commercial wifi provider that
handles most of davis?

Oh, I'd also identify every device using your wifi, it's a scary thought
that someone else is controlling your network.
