[vox-tech] init scripts on Debian problems with upgrade

I found an answer that works. The following thread with the post by xeorex
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=10411454

It looks like qpopper was in the way. I am not sure what went wrong, but Exim4
is now installed. And, it has the option of split or one file config.

apt-get purge mail*
apt-get install exim4
dpkg --force-all -r postfix
apt-get purge mail*
apt-get -f install
