[vox-tech] network manager icon disappears. Get it back?

I haven't tried wicd, but from what I can see it doesn't support many
of the devices NetworkManager supports. Just an FYI, if you want to do
automagical phone tethering, mobile broadband or VPN, I would
recommend sticking with NM.
