[vox-tech] Graphical Remote Login to Linux/KDE from WinXP

VNC is a protocol for interacting with a remote desktop. What the VNC
server does regarding new sessions depends on which server you choose.

X11VNC, for example, lets you access an existing X11 session over VNC (good
for remote tech support settings), as does Gnome's vino.
linuxvnc shares an existing text terminal the same way X11VNC shares an
existing X session.

Other VNC servers create their own sessions. The VNC servers that can be
found in Debian that create their own sessions include tightvncserver, and
vnc4server.
