[vox-tech] NIS and MySQL migration

Ken,

I haven't done this personally, but depending on the version of mysql  
you are running, you may be able to bring up a second mysql database  
as a slave, replicate all the data to the slave and then promote that  
slave to be master. Something to check out for sure.
