Hi Ken:
I have done what yo have said but it doesn't make things better.  In fact, it 
appears that if I have this in there then I cant do my manual way to get it 
going but I might be reading into this.

Uhh.... i have been playing and now I noticed I cant see my minimized windows 
in my desktop panel.  I have kasbar up for the time being but this is to 
bulky.  What did I undo?
