Ignore what I said above if your CD works under Knoppix.

However, what I said below is still valid:

If Knoppix works, you may want to grab a copy of .config from Knoppix if one
is available (you can look in /boot, /usr/src/*, and /proc/config.gz) and
use it to build your own custom kernel.
