[vox-tech] spamassassin + procmail

Yes, I got it working now, the file should be as procmailrc and not
.procmailrc under RH9, it just popout of my mind, dont know where did i get
that.

and regardless of FROM header emails, the email is being scanned by
spamassassin using spamc...
