I have a terminfo file for cygwin on my Debian box.
/etc/terminfo/c/cygwin and /usr/share/terminfo/c/cygwin (I think there's a =
symlink somewhere in one of the paths), it comes from ncurses-base.

I'm running sid last updated yesterday.
