[vox-tech] Redhat 8.0 shutdown does not power off.

Oh, I thought of one other admin change that
occurred recently.  I install an Epson c82
printer on the RH 8.0 box.  It prints good from
the 8.0 and 9.0 boxes.  Havn't tried with the 7.2
box (no need).
