I get the following when I:

meir:~# apt-get install libc6/stable libc6-dev/stable locales/stable

You might want to run `apt-get -f install' to correct these:
Sorry, but the following packages have unmet dependencies:
  gdm: Depends: scrollkeeper (>= 0.1.4-1) but it is not going to be
installed
  libdb1-compat: Depends: libc6 (>= 2.2.5-13) but 2.2.5-11.5 is to be
installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages (or specify
a solution).
