[vox-tech] Oh my God! What have I done to my poor Linux box?!!?

I'm still a friggin' newbie, unfortunately.

If my MBR is screwed up, how is it that I'm still able to load Win2K on=20
this machine?  And how would the MBR get messed up if I unchecked all=20
possibilities for loading LILO or GRUB when I ran the upgrade process?

Would running "linux rescue" from the command prompt when booting with the=
=20
installation CD-ROM in the machine be essentially the same as running a=20
rescue disk?
