[vox-tech] IP change is done

Hi All,

LUGOD's web site and mailing lists are now moved to their
new IP address, however the DNS change is still pending.
If you want to send mail tonight to one of the mailing=20
lists, you can address it to <list-name>@[66.218.54.136],=20
for example vox@[66.218.54.136].
