[vox-outreach] Ubuntu discs for Software Freedom Day

We received about 10 or so Ubuntu discs from Canonical today, along with
a small collection of stickers.

We'll want to burn some more discs for Software Freedom Day in Sept I think.

Also, Lee Welters recently donated a big stack of CD jewelcases, so all
we need are blank discs.
