Of course, we'd also want to point out, as usual, that OSS is more than
just Linux...

This is definitely a good start!  I'm pretty busy ATM, so I don't have
time to mull it over, but you're on the right track. :^)

Yeaaah...  there's always a reason to not go with OSS.  But really, in the
end, it's usually hard to swallow.  But, in cases like Gov't Tech
(vs. Joe Desktop User), it probably happens often.
