I agree with asking for donations but I don't think we should limit
ourselves by quantifying it.  It would be better to put out a sign with
something like: "Free Software CD's! (modest donations accepted)"  That
way, there are those who will give a buck, some who will give 5 or 10
and those who can't afford it - they're all covered! ;-)
