   Summary: The California Air Resources Board is a state agency responsible
   for research, analysis, planning and policy related to improving
   California's air quality and environment.  The Emission Inventory section
   compiles datasets from various sources and formats into a comprehensive
   database.  The ideal candidate for this open full-time position will have
   experience with relational databases, parsing large and complex datasets,
   and techniques to visualize scientific data for quality assurance and
   analysis.
