   Software Engineers analyze, design, develop, and implement technical
   solutions that satisfy business requirements for function, performance,
   security, and maintainability. They demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge
   of programming and design principles. They perform all phases of
   applications systems analyses and design. Software Engineers analyze
   business requirements and functional specifications to determine technical
   feasibility with existing product offerings. They meet with external
   clients to determine software requirements and document and present
   technical solutions to such clients. Software Engineers perform gap
   analysis and document findings. They provide technical sales support to
   prospective clients. They research technologies and make recommendations
   with reference to internal/external suitability. Software Engineers
   facilitate integrations of new product development offerings into current
   architecture. They demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the application or
   product they support and perform a high degree of problem, impact, and
   risk analysis when changes occur. They mentor less experienced staff.

   Requirements include: A minimum of 4 years related programming, analysis,
   and design experience and strong experience coding in Java and C and
   working in a UNIX environment. Experience with Exstream Dialogue is a
   strong plus.
