Position Description: 
Responsible for developing test plans and creating test cases to include writing test scripts and executing test scripts using Mercury's Load Runner testing tool and UNIX shell scripting. 


Specific Duties: 
Develop and deploy Mercury's Load Runner testing scripts 
Perform hands-on testing using automated tools 
Perform analysis of SOAP/XML based messages 
Develop test plans based on software requirements 
Define, track and report quality assurance metrics 
Perform QA tests 
Perform black box web service testing 




Skills Requirement:
Position Requirements: 
3-5 years of experience in software testing 
Understanding of SOAP/XML 
Understanding of HTTP POST Protocol 
Understanding of web service technologies 
Solid understanding of UNIX tools to include vi, ps, sar and shell.
 

Must be able to work on a W2 without sponsorship
No relocation or per diem
