Company is looking for a Technical Lead for its Linux Group. The successful
candidate will have a background that includes the following:

  * Linux kernel experience. Ideally, person will have code that has been
    published under the GPL license.

  * Customization and Optimization of the Linux kernel, related to performace
    improvements.

  * Linux device driver experience

  * Background in networking, specifically the RTP and RTSP protocols

  * Multimedia experience, including MPEG, DVD, Video on Demand

  * Management experience. Position has 4 direct reports. Break down of 
    position will be 70% development and 30% management
