[vox-if] IFs on Oct 9 / Oct 17?

I think I just squared away the internet issue.  Emails with Norm 
Matloff (CS prof) and Ken Jones (CS net admin) have indicate we can 
register MAC addresses to use before the event.  I'm in the process of 
actually reserving the room now.  Once I get an OK, I'll post here and 
make an announcement.
