So perhaps, once we're sure of the dates (which it sounds like we are,
if we have Ken as a backup for Seth), I can advertise them as
"At UC Davis", without being too specific.

Then, closer to the event, make sure the website gets updated to any
room change, and re-post the event with more precise info...
