[vox-if] [rsvp-Jan17] Last minute!

I've emailed them (cc'd IF coord's) to let them know there might not be
space, and that they should RSVP 24hr in advance.  I suggested that,
if they don't hear back from the coordinators, to drop by the IF to check
if there's space _BEFORE_ bringing their computer system in. :)

(I forget if a Presario is a laptop or desktop system... :^) )
