[vox-announce] bylaws change; vote next meeting (July 5)

After some discussion, it seems best for LUGOD to hold one meeting per 
month rather than two, at least for the time being.  Since the two 
meetings per month schedule is written into the bylaws, the following 
change is proposed:


Article III, Section 1, the first sentence which reads

"Meetings will be held on the 1st Tuesday and 3rd Monday of every month, 
in the evening."

will be replaced by

"Meetings will be held at least once per month, in the evening.  Meeting 
dates will be agreed upon by root and sys at least one month in advance."


A bylaws change requires a vote by LUGOD members.  This vote will occur 
at the next meeting on July 5.
