[vox-announce] New LUOGD officers elected

Officer nominations closed yesterday.  Though numerous people were
nonimated for some positions, in the end those nominated settled on
the following:

    * root (president) - Henry House
    * sys (vice pres.) - Ryan Castellucci
    * typescript (secretary) - Nick Schmalenberger
    * /dev/null (treas.) - Henry House 

Since noone ended up running opposed, and noone at last night's meeting
objected, these new LUGOD officers have been elected. Congratulations!
