Localize (translations of UI, stamp descriptions, documentation and website; new input methods)
Contribute art (take photos, draw vector graphics, or collect existing freely-redistributable works for use as stamps or starters)
Beta test (because it when users find the nasty bugs!)
Promote (averaging 100,000 downloads a month, lately; we can do better!)
Fix bugs (see SourceForge; make it print right!)
Add features (see SourceForge)
Help make documentation more user-friendly (join 'tuxpaint-docs' mailing list)
Pay me $90+K/year to work on Tux Paint full-time (yes, I asked Mark Shuttleworth already)
